SignSparkAI Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, and credits are handled for SignSparkAI.

SignSparkAI is operated by SureFire Signs Inc..

1. Subscription Billing

SignSparkAI subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable subscription price unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Subscription pricing, included credits, and plan features are displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your SignSparkAI subscription at any time through the available account or billing-management options.

When you cancel:

• your subscription will not renew for another billing period;
• you will normally retain access to your paid plan through the end of the billing period you have already paid for; and
• cancellation does not normally result in an automatic refund of the current billing period.

Canceling your subscription does not immediately delete your SignSparkAI account.

3. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by law or where SignSparkAI determines that a refund is appropriate because of a billing or technical error.

We do not normally provide refunds for unused subscription time, unused credits, forgetting to cancel before a renewal, dissatisfaction with an individual AI-generated creative result, choosing not to use the Service after purchasing a subscription, or failure to use included credits before they expire or reach an applicable rollover limit.

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that may be required by applicable law.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, charged after a valid cancellation, or experienced another billing error, contact SignSparkAI support.

We will review the account and transaction information and correct confirmed billing errors where appropriate.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a billing problem.

5. Credits Deducted Without a Usable Result

SignSparkAI uses credits for certain creative operations.

If a technical failure causes credits to be deducted but no usable creative result is delivered or recoverable through the Service, contact SignSparkAI support.

After reviewing the transaction, we may restore the affected credits when the failure is confirmed.

This provision is intended for genuine technical failures and does not mean that credits will be refunded simply because a customer prefers one creative result over another.

6. AI-Generated Creative Results

Artificial-intelligence-generated creative can vary from one generation to another.

A completed creative request that produces a usable result is considered a completed Service operation even if the customer decides not to use that particular design.

Customers may use available SignSparkAI features to create additional ideas or variations, subject to applicable credit requirements.

7. Credits and Cancellation

Credits are provided as part of an active SignSparkAI subscription and do not have cash value.

Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot normally be transferred to another customer, are subject to the limits and rollover rules of the applicable subscription plan, and do not create a right to a cash refund when unused.

If you cancel your subscription, any remaining credits may continue to be used through the end of your current paid subscription period.

When that paid subscription period ends, all remaining unused credits expire.

Unused credits do not remain available after paid subscription access ends.

8. Plan Changes

If SignSparkAI allows customers to upgrade or downgrade subscription plans, billing adjustments will be handled according to the terms displayed during the plan-change process and the rules of our payment processor.

Any change in included credits, rollover limits, or feature access will be based on the applicable plan.

9. Promotional Discounts

Promotional codes or discounts may occasionally be offered.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts apply only according to the specific terms of the promotion, have no cash value, expired or unused promotional discounts are not refundable, and cancellation does not create a right to recover the value of a promotional discount.

10. Account Termination for Violations

If an account is suspended or terminated because of fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, chargeback abuse, or a material violation of the SignSparkAI Terms of Service, SignSparkAI may deny refunds to the extent permitted by law.

11. Payment Processor

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider.

Refunds that are approved may require processing time before appearing on the original payment method. Actual timing may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution.
